Cheyenne, Cindy's Girl

I lost my 26 year old daughter Cheyenne to a lethal mixture of fentanyl and cocaine.

Cheyenne was at home and had just arrived in the morning after being away in Edmonton for a few months.

I went to call her for dinner and found her lifeless body in her room.

Sierra, her twin sister, my husband and I, tried, before all the medics etc were here, to bring her back.

I knew in my heart when I found her that it was already too late.

We all carried naloxone and had it in the house, hoping and praying we never had to use it.

Cheyenne left behind her twin Sierra, older sister Cassie, her little “honey bunny” nephew Mason and me and my husband Norm as well as many family members back in Edmonton.

Cheyenne was born in Edmonton, AB on Dec 18, 1991.  She died on February 22, 2018 in White Rock British Columbia.

Cheyenne has left a large void in our lives and we struggle everyday to move forward and come to terms with her senseless death.

My heart goes out to all Moms and family members whom have lost their precious children.
